Essay on censorship, not too sure on body paragraphs?

I recently did a practice SAT test and the essay topic was whether censorship was justifiable. I then realized that while it is not justifiable if the media is censored, I wrote how it is necessary for a balance in society (Internet for example, on "How-To" guides and explicit content.). I just wanted to know three body paragraphs on what to write for an essay like this. Thanks in advance!
