Hey I'm thinking of getting a verizon wireless cellphone.But I need to know if verizon has rollover minutes?

For example AT&T has rollover minutes for incase if you didnt finnish all of your minutes in one month it'll go to the next months minutes. Also what is the 2 year contract for?
