Married for the last one year but still not conceived - PCO Problem?

Hi... Can anyone give me tips of how to overcome PCO problem. Have consulted doctors and I am on medication and follicle study... But looks like follicle is not developing... Can anyone refer good gynaecologist in Hyderabad
