Getting pepper sprayed?

Why would you be getting pepper sprayed by your brother? It IS kinda like scotch bonnet pepper oil getting on your skin but it's not just in a little spot or two; it's a lot - all over your face and it really burns for a good hour or so, no matter what you do. You can use baby shampoo to wash your eyes (eye ) and use a lot of cool water on your face, but don't rub it. After you finish with the water, stand outside in the breeze and let it dry.
