Does anyone know how far along they are with the production of 'Jeepers Creepers 3'?

I believe it is scheduled for a 2011 release but besides hearing about Gina Philips reprising her role as 'Trish' and a little bit of background story, there really doesn't seem to be much in the way 'exciting' news.
