Can anyone give me their experience with enhancement surgery?

I'm planing on getting augmentation surgery at the end of october. I would love to hear from some of you ladies and your experiences. I'm very worried about the pain following surgery! How did you feel when you woke up? what was it like? Was it strange waking up with larger all the sudden? Please let me know anything I need to know about after surgery... or anything really! Only serious answers please.
