My husband bought pizza on Friday night and I bit down on a piece of gl.?

The gl poked me in the gums and my tongue. It will a shard of triangular shaped gl. The injury wasn't serious but it did hurt. Then when my husband called to complain the restaurant staff showed little to no concern. I wouldn't want to sue if they had at least cared about what happened and showed a little human compion. What should I do?
