If I am ever lucky enough to meet someone, should I tell them this?

Due to a set of extreme cirstances while growing up and throughout my early adult life I have never ever had a g/f in my entire life. When I was 18 I had to join the Marines, got stationed in a little town in North Carolina with nothing but Marine wives and civilians who hate Marines, and subsequently did not get to date due to these factors and being deployed. Now I live in the anti-social/backwards town of Colorado Springs and the women here are VERY unfriendly and have treated me like crap when I have tried to initiate conversation with them. I have lived here for five years and have had ZERO luck with finding a g/f. Please do not make fun of me for this. Even my own sister, who is recently divorced, agrees that people here are EXTREMELY rude and anti-social. She herself hasn't had any luck at dating here since her divorce if that tells you anything! People like to say its me with the problem, but I have myself, my sister, and even a guy who moved here from Minnesota that I met while working at the home depot say that women and people in general here are downright backwards and unfriendly. I think that speaks for itself if you ask me. What do you think?
