How do you set the clock on a 2006 Jeep Liberty factory 6 disc changer?

There is a time on, I've tried holding it down and pressing seek, up-down, etc but nothing seems to set the clock. Does anyone have a Liberty or similar Jeep with the 6 disc changer that knows how you set the time? Thanks.
