Does him like or does he want to go out with me?

oh i know its bad to ask a guy but i did anyway so i did and i asked him and he said he will think about it and its =been 2 weeks and havet gave me answer so we talk over the phone and xbox live and txt i started to hug him everyday do you think he will give me an answer or hes trying to forget about but we use to have cl together and he would always help me and turn around and play with me and poke me and one type i was trying to get some thing out of his hair and he turned around and said stop touching my hair and everyone in the cl was like awww so cute and everyone thinks we should go out and thats before i liked him so he wont answer me back and i asked him out and i know guys are suppose to ask girls out but whatever so i need to know if he likes me and i wrote one of these before and my friend says he like me and he needs time to think so does he want to go out with me or not or does he like me plz help
