What kind of price for a Doge transmission rebuild.?

I have a 1998 dodge ram with a 5.9L V8 and an automatic transmission. Its a 4x4. Im about to hit 200,000 miles and I have been doing alot of towing lately and my overdrive finally shot and now I think 3rd is starting to go. I would like to get a rebuild with a shift kit for towing put in and I have no idea what price I should look for or what is competitive for a rebuild. Any ideas?
