Was it my period or just a period caused from coming off the pill?

i had the 29th of april using pull out method but i know there was come leaked into me but i was on my second month on the yasmin pill i started it on the saturday i missed my sunday pill and took monday tues and Wednesday and it was wednesday we had i stopped taking it after that.i got my period on the 3rd of may does that mean it was my period or just a period caused from coming off the pill the last few days iv weird stomach pains on the left and very bad heartburn and feeling sick at night and thick discharge
