Toddler Tantrums!!!?

My 2 year old has starting throwing tantrums, she screams, cries, kicks, it's horrible, i,ve tried everything possible, i get her attention on something else but after 2 min she cries again,i try to ignore her but i just can't , i've putted in timeout but doest'n works, last time she throwed herself and had a bad fall, once i even her but it was the worst i could ever did, she got purple in criyng, i'm kind of desperate because it happens almost 3 or 4 times daily, and for any stupid thing, even if i give her what she wants at the end she doesn't want it anymore and i give something else and she throws it back at me, i really don't know what else can i do??
