Need some help with a beer tap!?

I am trying to run a beer tap in my Kitchen counter. The Kitchen counter is 1" granite. Every beer tower I have seen mounts using screws which would be impossible in my application. I have seen a euro style tower which mounts like a kitchen faucet but it was almost $400. Anyone have any other ideas?
