Is there a certain age wisdom teeth stop growning out?

my wisdom teeth are partially grown out but have not really messed with the alignment of my teeth. i want to have them removed but its a pricey procedure. can you tell me if its possible they stop growing at certain age. i do have a consultation but i just want some answers on here as well. thank you.
