Help, sick baby...?

my daughter is 4 weeks old and has a stuffy nose. her temp is normal, no cough, but she is sneezing. I tryed the sucky thing in her nose and saline drops, and i ran the hot water in the bathroom and sat in there with her so the steam would clear it up but she is still stuffy, she can barley breath. What else can i do? I am taking her to the doc tommarro.
