Help me PLZ... Can dad me on my bare ?!!!?

I'm a 14 year old girl and I had never been ed before last week. Last week, I lied to my parents about my boyfriend. My dad gave me a long lecture and told me I shouldn't lie again, but I told him his lecture was boring and left him. He came to me and said I must behave or else I would be ed. I never believed he would do it as he never did that to me. The following day, he told me he was so disappointed to find me talking in such a rude way to him, I told him that this was because he's silly. He ordered me to go to my room and I did, after about 30 minutes he came to my room holding one of his leather belts. I thought he just wanted to threaten me, but I found him pushing me towards the desk and made me lean on it. He then gave me about 10 s with that belt. I was stunned and started crying but he didn't stop, then he ordered me to pull my pants down and I did it out of fear and surprise. He then told me I will get 20 more with that belt. He gave me 10 and then he started pulling my panties down!! I tried to stop him but he held my hand to my back and pulled my panties to my knees and gave me 10 more on my bare and thighs. I kept begging him to stop, but he didn't. I said I was sorry and I really was sorry for what I had done. He finally stopped, I was crying very hard. He then told me that from now on, I will be ed every time I misbehave!! Now I'm extremely frightened and can't bear to utter a bad word in front of him. Isn't it wrong that I'm ed in such a way on my bare and by my dad!!! Plz help me and tell me what to do cuz even my mom says that this action was right!
