Cam shift gradient on multi fuel engine?

I know this is a silly question but does anybody know what the cam shift gradient is over 12 millimeter side shift for the dual diesel /petrol motor on an old steyer multifuel engine and at what rpm does it shift from petrol to diesel.Tried every where but steyr now defunct and nothing on the internet.Thanks
